B. By becoming a member of GRACEFULPARTNERS.com, you are deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.

C. All advertisements placed on GRACEFULPARTNERS shall be published on the members section of the website for 12 months.

D. GRACEFULPARTNERS.com shall act within its published Copyright GRACEFULPARTNERS, Privacy & User Agreement statements.

E. Solely provides an advertising and marketing service to private (independent) Companions, who wish to advertise their services on our online brochure, we are not Companions.

F. GRACEFULPARTNERS does not accept any liability or responsibility should your advertisement on the online brochure fail to achieve a response.

G. Your profile and photographs can be changed, if you should wish, once a month during your advertising period.

H. The service we provide starts when your advertisement is published on GRACEFULPARTNERS.com, therefore, we cannot offer you the right to cancel "cooling-off period".

I. GRACEFULPARTNERS is not your employer. As such you shall be solely responsible for any financial liabilities you may incur as a result of work obtained through interest from this site.

J. You must not bring GRACEFULPARTNERS into disrepute. You must not engage in criminal activities and associate those activities or you with this site.

K. We accept no liability for any loss incurred as a result of the loss of our services beyond our reasonable control.

L. We do not charge commission / booking fees on any bookings made. We only charge a membership fee therefore to enable us to continue working without charging our Companions / Clients commission fees we require payment of the membership fee.

M. You indemnify us against any loss we incur as a result of your not adhering to these terms & conditions.

N. When you agree to register with GRACEFULPARTNERS.com, you have agreed that you are aged over 18 years old and we are not responsible if you enter the incorrect details.

O. This agreement represents the entire agreement between the two parties, and supersedes all prior undertakings, whether written or oral. If any part of these terms & conditions is found un-enforceable, the rest shall remain legally binding.
